Castor oil is good for moisturizing the skin. But for dark spots you need to exfoliate! I like baking soda in your cleanser! 2-3 times a week. And follow that up with a vitamin c serum or retinol if you’re careful with the sun!!!

I think you just need to get out of yourself and find something really meaningful to spend your time doing. Maybe some volunteer work at a hospice or at a children's home for abandoned or abused kids. You wouldn't have so much time to dwell on yourself.
