Please don’t, baking soda is so harsh for human skin and it can create micro tears leading to wrinkles and damaged skin barrier

Please do some research before you destroy your skin and cause permanent early signs of aging. Glycolic acid by The Ordinary is cheap and more effective than baking soda. They have salicylic acid with niacinamide that will reduce oil, help heal acne break outs/inflammation and smooth sebaceous filaments that will give your skin a smooth even texture. Both together are $15-$20 and will last you for months without breaking your skin barrier and causing your skin conditions to worsten as well as aging it before its time.

I use Bobs Red Mill baking soda as it does not have aluminum in it. Armor Hammer does but they don’t tell you that. FYI.

We need to accept our transformation. You are not the same person you were last week. Hormones dominate us. Not all of us were created to be skinny or whatever. Hug your curves and don't do anything that is not working for you.

I can only use Clinique because I break out so I’m hoping that this will help my skin because I break out a lot and I have to use Clinique spot healing gel But I’m gonna try it so you’re saying to make a face wash and mix it with baking soda

Old lady Stephied here... You know I've not really had a skin care routine. Just have not wanted to take the time. They tell me I look 45, I'm going to be 68 in January. But I noticed my skin is not the best it could be. I've never been the kind to wear makeup. Oh I buy it but it ends up getting old. So please could you help me a little bit to keep what I have. I use collagen, Force Factor chews. I switched because after losing 100 lbs, I noticed the difference when I don't Have it. Maybe something simple. My man friend is 43, yikes. I said it. I'm al old cougar!!!!

Yes! Baking soda is wonderful for your skin. Years ago, I read an article where Michelle Phillips (Mama's & Papas and actress) used baking soda and said it did wonders for her skin. I tried it and WOW! I agree, people need to give it a try. It's literally better than expensive treatments. I'll patiently wait to see where things lead with the IVF process. Just know so many of us are wishing you success, love and happiness--you so deserve it. ❤

What do you do describe baking soda on your face and it clears it out
@kimsylla5531Күн бұрын
@toniavasseur9574 I actually make a slurry of baking soda and water and gently massage it into my face and neck. I then rinse with warm water and let it air dry. I usually do this in the shower. I noticed after about a month that my skin felt smoother and just healthier. I noticed less oily skin and breakouts in my T-zone that would happen once a month.

Wow, yet another use for baking soda-I’m going to give it a try! Your skin certainly looks beautiful! I hope switching to positivity will be a good thing for you; it’s something therapists often recommend. Cindy, you are just a likable person, passionate and funny at the same time. I will watch your videos no matter if you are feeling up or down. It’s my understanding that hopeful IVF moms have so much to go through, and they are often on an emotional roller coaster for many reasons. I’m an empathetic person like many of your viewers, even if we know you only by your posts. It’s great that you are not afraid to share your life and emotions online. Personally, I try very hard to not judge others, so I’m cool with whatever you feel like sharing! ❤😊
