Guatemala vs Costa Rica: Best place to travel to in Central America

In March 2024, I visited Guatemala and Costa Rica, two popular destinations in Central America. Before choosing to visit both of these countries, I spent days researching the best countries and places to visit in Central America. I then watched KZbin videos because there was little to no information in English from other travellers.
It seemed to me that Central America is a grey part of tourism, and many of my core questions, such as “Is it safe?” or “How expensive is it?” weren’t answered by any of these blogs or videos.

you cant compare something you didnt even visit . tell me to which natural reserve, national park or wildlife sanctuary did you went again ? cause last time i checked you said that you just stay in SJ which is not a good city even for costa rica , for that you have heredia or escazu, . i dont think you understand how wastefull is coming to the country the preserve the most ammounts of forest in the whole area and staying in the city . in a world that is collapsing ecologically i think you waste a beautiful oportunity ... but hey you do you .

Hahaha just say you prefer Guatemala. But you did not visit any places in Costa Rica. This video does not make sense.

esta tipa en el video pasado dijo que teniamos turismo solo por marketing lo que ella no entiende es que de todo centroamerica sin contar panama esta SUPER DEFORESTADO ... aca se reforesta , aca se cuida el ambiente, aca se protegen los bosques cosa que lastimosamente los vecinos no hacen y eso lleva un gran esfuerzo y ella diciendo que solo es marketing cuando nisiqueira salio de SJ, pero la que sale perdiendo es ella no nosotros, no olvide eso :) hahaha
