Another awesome video with a great mix of food and culture, man (especially the bit about Maximon and the fusion of the Maya culture and Christianity)! Wow, it's amazing that the water level in Lake Atitlan has risen so much due to storms in recent years. Seeing the plaza submerged beneath the surface must have been pretty wild! The patin looks outstanding, man. I used to love fish with tomatoes and tomato-based sauces. Haha, you know a dish is good when you gotta lick the plate...or the leaf! 😂 The granizado sounds so unique. And if that black bass was even half as delicious as it looks, it must have been beyond amazing! I'm gonna pass on the sauce challenge, though! 😂😂 The view you guys had of the sunset is unreal. Absolutely gorgeous. I never knew fried plantain with cheese was a thing, but now I'm wishing I could try it! And all of the sushi looks incredible, too. Another fantastic entry in your Guatemala series!
