Yes, this one is really nice. I suggest you to try L'Instant de Guerlain EDP - that is a fantastic one (and much better than EDT version). I just bought three spare bottles for 41 € / btl as it's gonna be very hard to find for that kind of price pretty soon.

I just picked this one up last week based on my friend Jerry's recommendation! I still haven't gotten the chance to give it a proper wearing because it's been so cold here lately, but I hope it warms up soon! Your next buy should be L'Homme Ideal EDP!

Every time I would order from the Twisted Lily boutique , I would get a free sample of Bergamusk. I think I have 7 or 8 . It's so strong and lasts on me, that I felt that I didn't need a full bottle. I have the older bottle of Guerlain Homme . The dry down on my clothes is wonderful. The opening is a little strong, but all in all it's a happy fragrance.

It's a nice frag, good review. Speaking of mint, I own Ideal Cool, didn't think I would love it as much as I would, and now I want to get the whole Ideal line before they disappear for good (being discontinued and all.) Lovely house that's very affordable when buying on groups/Ebay too, got my Cool 100ml new for only £20!

It took a couple wears to get to know it, initially strong with mint, but given about 10-ish minutes and the almond, neroli and aquatic notes kick in giving it this sweet freshness, the mid-dry down is my favourite part. Longevity is reasonable at around 4-6 hours for me, sticks well to clothes.

I love Guerlain but don’t have this one, I overlooked it for some reason probably because it was simply called “homme”! I hope you’re party was fun, I’m partial to a bit of punk rock too! 👍🏼😂🎵

I know I said it in the other video but pick up L’eau Boisee next. I found a tester for under $20 USD and it might be the best $20 I’ve every spent on a fragrance. Very nice Lime/Vetiver fragrance with class. It’s like the Homme but the notes are switched around.

I've not tried this because I detest mint in fragrances , niche / indie and designer not a single one changed my mind. Interesting to hear your thoughts on this though 👍

Thanks for this Matt! Have you tried the L'eau Boisee flanker? Always preferred that one myself to the original, although both can be a bit boring sometimes. Reminds me of a cross between vetiver edt and l'homme edt. But the lime note is juuuuuust right.

I've been looking to get into Guerlain for a while, but didn't find something that resonates. I wonder if this might be it! Have you tried virgin island water? Similar boozy and lime/mojito vibe, I'm keen to compare them

I haven't smelt VIW in a long time. I tend to avoid Creed in all honesty . From memory I dont think they are that similar. Might be worth revisiting it though

​@@QuestioningScents Seems like the Guerlain has the benefit of a more mature and masculine fragrance DNA rather than the more Gourmand and feminine VIW. Agree about Creed - underwhelming, tbh.
