Great to see Blood Bowl so well-supported by GW these days with team boxes and pitches. I came of age back with 2nd Edition in 1990, and it was so hard to find BB stuff to build teams outside of the plastic models that came in the BB and DungeonBowl boxes. Really love the team-themed pitches as well - great to see you guys using those! Looking forward to more BB on the channel!

the swarming rule is after setup, before kickoff, so you setup first, than you roll for how many extra you can set up

Fun video, have not thought of this game for 25 or 30 years when kids in my primary school played it in Aus. Always looked fun but never really got into it or learned the rules. Watching this I wish I had now looks a blast. Watched this over a couple of sittings (an hour and three quarters was not able to get through in one go), would have been great if you had the score somewhere on screen as each time I came back I had forgotten who was leading, small thing and enjoyed it all the same, thanks for showing off these great old games.

44:08 I don’t get why you guys don’t spend 30 sec looking up the rules if you are unsure. It drastically changes the game when you end up with a turnover like this. “When a team re-roll is used all of the dice in the pool has to be re-rolled” and you have to accept the new result.

I'm always down for more Blood Bowl. A thing about team creation though. You always start with 1 Dedicated Fans for free so if you paid money for extra you should start with 2. Not a big deal, but it's good to note for longer leagues.

54:00 Swarming happens after the kickoff, but before the kickoff event. That way he gets to see where you have places your players and where the ball is going to land before having to decide where the Snotlings will go.

Great Job as always. I too love the white, you should do a video on how to paint them. Just some FYI's. Rolling for Swarming is after setup. Also really stupid or Bonehead turn your model sideways to denote it.

This looks like a fun game, but there were so many mistakes. In the kick off event you were lucky not to knock the goblin down, or it would have stopped the others activating. Turn 1 you forgot your bonehead roll and you moved a dwarf blitzer 6 instead of 5 etc. The painting on the miniatures is fantastic.

Only just got into Blood Bowl with it dropping....mates been telling me how fun the system is for years and I like BB2 on console. See think I made some Wrong choices as I have a Black Orc and Nobillity team But one I liked and brought was the Oldworld Alliance and heard they're not the best for beginners so tad worried! Plus would you opt for a Ogre over a tree fella!? Have both just leaning to the tree more...... Cool vid though trying to learn as much as possible!

treemen are very strong and very tough, but only have 2 movement and randomly Take Root (which prevents them from moving at all) at the start of their activation. 2 movement is actually a really bad negative stat because whenever they get knocked down, it means they can take much longer to get back, since they need to roll a 2+ to get up off the ground, on top of rolling a 2+ to not take root. low movement means they basically cannot blitz, and knocking themselves over from a failed go for it means they might not ever get back up. ogres have standard big guy stats (5 str 4+ ag 5+ pa 5 movement 10+ armor), but can bonehead at the start of their turn which costs their activation + loses their tackle zones, which means players can just run around them for free. youre picking between a player with mobility vs a literal a tree - the important thing is to take the one you think youll have more fun with
