Asian squat is officially feet completely to the ground. It’s about weight distribution over a larger surface area allowing longevity in the squat. Putting all your weight on the toes negates the benefits of the Asian squat

Asian/slav squat is not genetical. It is environmental. It does not matter if you are asian or white. What matters for your ability to perform it is if you live in west or not. In western culture you always use chairs to sit and chairlike toilets to relieve yourself. The lack of squatting makes the joints stiff. Heels to the sky - american spy. Essentially nobody in this video is truly asian. They are all in actuallity American.

When I was a kid, whenever I lied, my mom ask me eat tons of chili so my tongue would burn. If i don't do homework, my teacher would use a cane to beat my hands and body, teachers would throw off naughty students bags and book off the 4th floor and ask them to pick them up and go home, before beating them 20+ times with a cane. A less painful punishment would be standing while pulling your ears for couple of hours. I could go on and on, yeah growing up in an asian household in the 90's is like that in my country. Not sure about now

History lesson: Back when racial surveys started, there were only three options. Black, White, Asian. Mexicans where listed as Black or White based on skin tone (if I remember correctly) but Native Americans where listed as Asian. Correct me if I’m wrong on this as I have hear and been thought different versions and only used this one as I’m more familiar with it. Fun Fact: Native Americans, Black/Africans and Asians at birth have the Mongolian Birthmark: a buries like mark on their lower backs from birth up until their 2 years old or so. And they also have five crows on their molars while others only have four crows. I’m half Native American and half Hispanic. Tohono O’odham is my tribe.

I bet number 3 is filipino, I say this just because voice doesn't tell you much, but that could be an Asian voice (since Asians have a wide range of voices) but also his last name is a common Spanish last name.
