6 months mai koi normal person jo kbhi workout nhi kiya woh 200kg nhi lga skta .At least 1.5 yrs reasonable lgta 😅😅 aise toh bhai ko powerlifting mai medal lana chaiye 6 mnth ke hisab se.

Deadlift standard height zameen se bar ke center tak 8.8 inches se hoti hai, mat pe mat laga ke aasmaan pe chadha ke nahi. Standard height pe 180 mein bhi struggle aa jayega

Form galat hai. Back ko arch karke uthaya hai. Agar sahi form se karga toh 220 kg ka strength hai bhai pe.
