Gotham, I know you'll probably not get to read this, but I'd love to see a Guess the Elo episode with a group of other Chess folks, like Eric Rosen, Hikaru Nakamura, Anish Giri, Anna Cramling and the Botez sisters. Lowest total deviation wins. I think that'd be amazing content, if feasible and I'd love to watch such an episode, it'd be an amazing show, I think. One thing this channel has taught me is that I WILL NEVER be any good at chess. If you can't play every opening strictly by the book then you'll never be any good. I personally like throwing odd moves in to sometimes put oponents off or make them think?! Unfortunately that is NOT the way to be a good player apparently so now I'm stuck! From his name I assume he is brazillian and he is the portuguese language community manager. Yes there is a beef between PT-PT and PT-BR for this specific reason. Since there are a lot more brazilians than any other portuguese speakers pretty much every portuguese localisation is in PT-BR, which one might argue is INCORRECT portuguese (#notbiased). It's a bit like the english and "american" except the portuguese have barely any international representation so most companies don't bother to make us happy. 😢

Brazilians have been summoned so I'll clarify: Yes, there is beef between Brazilian Portuguese and "Portuguese Portuguese". Our accents are just much cooler, Portugal uses our curse words for everyday items which is hilarious and all the internet uses our flah to reference the Portuguese language. At the end of the day they colonized us, but we win.
