Going to play along again, this time I noticed both are on Scarlet version 1. Fidough 2. Lechonk 3. Great Tusk 4. oinkologne (no guess on gender difference) 5. Just go to Bulbapedia - the first line in each Pokémon’s page is a brief physical description, which is what was given to the AI.

They technically explained it at the beginning of the video. They took the physical descriptions of the Pokemon from their Bulbapedia pages. So if you wanted to see the text, you'd be able to find it on Bulbapedia.
