I don't know if I would count "Rooty Tooty Booty" as a catchphrase. If I recall, he literally only used it as an insult against New Day. He tried to force it for sure but definitely not meant to last past that. Also, if you think "Oh my" is a stretch, it's really not. It is or at least used to be his go-to reaction to literally everything that happened. And right after you'd hear Lawler do that high pitched scream and JR go "Buh gawd!" It was just one of those things you'd hear constantly but not realize it until every Royal Rumble entry gets the same reaction.

I had 11 until the wager. I put up 3 points, and then a Double J sighting happened, and for once it worked in somebody's favor other than him. So, I finished with 14. Plus, I did get both Curtis Axel and Red Rooster/Terry Taylor. I thought of Larry "The Axe" Henning for Axel's catchphrase (who is his grandfather). That's how I came to that conclusion. For Red Rooster, I was alive, aware, and a wrestling fan in the short time that Terry Taylor actually did the gimmick. The opening to his theme was a rooster crow. It was weird, even by WWF standards at the time. It was up there with Mantaur, at least to me anyways.
