I don't know if I would count "Rooty Tooty Booty" as a catchphrase. If I recall, he literally only used it as an insult against New Day. He tried to force it for sure but definitely not meant to last past that. Also, if you think "Oh my" is a stretch, it's really not. It is or at least used to be his go-to reaction to literally everything that happened. And right after you'd hear Lawler do that high pitched scream and JR go "Buh gawd!" It was just one of those things you'd hear constantly but not realize it until every Royal Rumble entry gets the same reaction.
