Govt. knows very well, because of huge population, if you are not standing on the temporary position queue, some one else will. Our people are ready to work 24/7 with just 20k salary. For uneducated(in commonsense) people in power, If somehow at cheap cost there classes are going on.. why the need of regular faculties? They are thinking of running the classes not improving quality of education... This is reason why educated/rich people are leaving india. This is the one option you should opt. after your PhD. Go for post doc, or R&D job...instead spending time and energy on your " Matru Bhumi". I am from IISER Mohali, I will choose the same.. I cannot work with freebies mentality people in surrounding.

It's absolutely correct sir. I am also working as a guest faculty at Dhenkanal auto college Dhenkanal. Me and some of my colleagues have not draw our two months salary (March and April) in the academic session 2023-24 due to overlapping the ceiling(450) classes. The authority was not aware us about this ceiling. After completion of the academic session the principal was said, this is violate the govt. rule and he deny to pay for us. We have also met him many times and discussed with him about our arrear remuneration but the same line(overlapping 450 classes) he has repeated again and again. Sir can you give us any suggestions how to get our arrear remuneration?
