I believe that for the position of lecturer or assistant professor, having a postgraduate degree along with NET/JRF qualification, as well as a written exam and viva-voce, should be mandatory. Jadi minimum qualification PG rahe tahale semane fourth year bachelor pilanku research kemiti kareibe.

I know the PhD experience. Research work is completely different from routing some MCQ questions. I don't know why the only PG passout students consider PhD Student as less talented or not hardworking...your( only PG) merely routing of some factually questions does not ensure your ability to become a good teacher.

I personally know some PhD students they nothing knows about chemistry concepts but yes doing PhD work not even qualified any national examination how can you expect that they teach you all the related concepts of a topic. I'm not saying the PhD students are not talented or hardworking...it's about knowing the chemistry well and provide students knowledge about that.. PhD research not at all required for the teaching perspective. If you have knowledge face competitions and secure job ,not always ask for API based requirements.

​​@@ontheearth9469ଭାଈ ମତେ ଲାଗୁଚି ତମେ research କେମିତି ହୁଏ ଜାଣିନ ଆଉ phd ପିଲା ଙ୍କ struggle ଜାଣିନ। ତେଣୁ please 🙏 ଖରାପ ଭାବିବନି ମୁଁ detail ରେ କହୁଚି ତମକୁ। ତେଣୁ ରାଗିବା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ମୋ comments ଟା ଭଲସେ ଟିକେ ପଢ଼ିବ। API based selection ସହ exam ହେଲେ ଭଲ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଯିଏ କିଛି ଜାଣିନି chemistry ସେ phd କରୁଚି ବୋଲି ଆପଣ କହିବା ଟା ହେଲା ମୁର୍ଖାମି ଆପଣଙ୍କର। କାରଣ ସବୁ University ରେ minimum interview ହେଇକି ହିଁ phd ପାଇଁ selection ହୋଉଚି। ଆଉ ରହିଲା API କଥା। ଗୋଟେ MSc with NET ପିଲା କେବଳ ପିଲାଙ୍କୁ chemistry ପଢ଼େଇବ କିନ୍ତୁ ଗୋଟେ phd ପିଲା ଛୁଆ ଙ୍କୁ chemistry ସହ କେମିତି research କୁ add କରିକି future re ଭଲ research ହବ ସେଇ କଥା ଶିଖେଇବ। ତା ପରେ cut off 105 ଯାଈଚି ଯଦି phd ପିଲା at least 80 ରଖିଲେ ହିଁ ତା ପରେ 25 ମିଶିକି ସେ cut off clear କରିବ। ତେଣୁ research ସହ ଗୋଟେ ପିଲା chemistry re 80 score କରୁଚି ସେଇଟା ବହୁତ ଭଲ ଆଉ ବଡ଼ କଥା। MSc re ରୁମ୍ ରେ ବସିକି ଦିନ ରାତି ଘୋଷି ଘୋଷି 105 ରଖିବା ଆଉ research କରିବା daily 12 hr ତା ପରେ ବି ପଢ଼ିକି 80 ରଖିବା ବହୁତ ବଡ଼। Research is not an easy task, so definitely a researcher should get some advantage as compared to simple MSc candidates. MSc is very very very very.... easy as compared to phd.
