It's not a fair comparison because this trailer uses a lot of spoilery elements (like the fact Cortana has gone rampant), so it's more inclined to show the most exciting bits of the campaign. 343 had to sell it without spoiling anything, which is harder.

Zere That was literally the problem! The set up was perfect. Old Spartans vs New Spartans but the execution was so poor. I mean those who didn't read the books or know about Chiefs old team would have nob idea who Fred, Linda and Kelly were!
