I can’t believe they might have silently disbanded, like WTF JELLYFISH, they are literally so talented, and Jellyfish for sure has the means to have them comeback, this is just negligence on their part. HINAPIA hasn’t posted on their IG in two weeks and they all opened personal Instagrams too, all the IOI groups are cursed I swear, I don’t want to jinx Weki Meki and Cosmic Girls though :/ this sucks (Edit: HINAPIA did disband 💔 Mimi just got cast in a drama so she finally gets to be on television for the first time in years! I really wish gugudan would come back this year and save 2020) (Edit 2: It’s official, they disbanded! I remeber people having such high hopes for gugudan, saying they were the next big thing! It’s a shame their company doesn’t treat their female artists well 💔 I guess I’m glad that they officially disbanded instead of silently disbanding, it gave me closure. @@lmaooof8452 I don't see what's wrong with Yuehua? They're very reliable in Chinese promotions they promote Yibo and all of the NEXT boys even those who didn't make 9 percent. Now they promote Aria Jin for and Cheng Xiao has always been popular. The UNIQ situation was the result of politics between China and Korea so they were forced to split just like Lay and Exo. I hope they promote all members better but so far Yibo and Seungyoun are doing well and all boys are on good terms.

kookiejar Didn’t the THAAD issue happen in early 2017? That still means UNIQ went 1 and a half years without a comeback until they no longer could which is still terrible since they were rookies, and I think their shady with how they are promoting Everglow, I’m pretty sure they bought a lot of Everyglow’s views, and there was one instance where their music show win statistically should’ve gone to Dreamcatcher (it was during the Adios era of Everglow and Deja Vu era of Dreamcatcher). Also, the China line of WJSN were still promoting in Korea until March/April of 2018 so I don’t see how they couldn’t have done the same for UNIQ. At the end of the day, most big K-Pop comanies are shady so I don’t know what to expect anymore lmaooo

Tru. I partially blame the sexist industry. Girls who can actually sing in Korea are always overshadowed by the “prettier” girls. But the prettier girls get thrown out after a few years while the vocally talented girls will always be...just there. Making a couple songs here and there. Not being promoted properly. Because for the most part vocally talented girls have potential to be popular longer. And I don’t think the higher ups like that...which is very dumb cause you could make more on one idol vs continually “recycling” the girls.

Coming back here after the announcement of Gugudan disbandment. Feel broken into pieces. There is still hope that they will make a comeback someday with the songs Sejeong's written. They slayed hard. They are awesome. It makes me frustrated. If talents and hard work can't win, so what will? The members must be freaking sad and thinking about that makes me sad too. Gugudan is such a gem.
