ARGENTINE MEAT EMPANADAS (Cut with a Knife) and COD Empanadas + Tasting a $ 100 WINE from Argentina🍷

We are back with another cooking video, and this time we are going to be preparing some delicious empanadas! In this video we are going to make knife-cut meat patties, cod patties, and patties with guava sweet and cheese for dessert.
As we spend several hours in the kitchen preparing the filling and assembling the empanadas, we also prepare a delicious snack to eat something during the day. We put together a rich table with bread, mortadella, red peppers stuffed with cheese, and a spread of Roquefort cheese and butter.
We also opened the most expensive bottle of wine we have ever bought - a red wine from Bodega El Esteco, Chañar Punco, 2015 for which we paid $ 100 Canadian dollars. And to contrast this wine, we also opened a bottle of another favorite of ours from Los Haroldos that sells here for about $ 15 Canadian. We did a small tasting and shared our impressions.
This was a long day in the kitchen, but it was worth it because the empanadas came out delicious! We hope you enjoy this video and see you soon.
