A 25 year old wine ?! So is! When we found this Spanish wine we knew we had to try and share it with you (in the form of this video 😉). We are not to drink fine wines or with a lot of age, because well ... it is expensive! But we found this bottle of wine at a good price. The wine we tested in this video is a 1994 wine, Faustino I Gran Reserva of La Rioja, Spain. And for comparison, we also bought a 2005 Faustino I Gran Reserva wine from La Rioja, Spain. To accompany these 2 bottles of Spanish wine, of course we needed a delicious meal from Spain. We decided to prepare something quite easy: tapas and a Spanish omelette! And to complement wine and food, my dad, Daniel, shared a few stories of his time living in Spain. We hope you enjoy this video!

Tasting a 25 YEAR OLD WINE! + SPAIN FOOD (Tapas and Spanish Tortilla):
Hello everyone! Thank you for watching this video that is part of our "Cooking with Daniel" series, where my father shares stories and cooks typical foods from Argentina and other parts of Latin America.
This series began with the idea of filming the Argentine roasts that we did here at home during the weekends. Rich roast with the classics such as chorizo, beef tenderloin, chorizo beef, empty, strip roast, and entrails ... well, a little of everything! And to always accompany a chopped and some good Argentine wines.
From there we started cooking other Argentine foods such as milanesas, pizzas, pastas, empanadas, stew, locro and more. These are all Argentine foods that you asked us in the comments, so we prepared them with pleasure!
Now we are beginning to experiment with dishes from other Latin American countries. We have already prepared some Peruvian dishes, but tell us what other dishes you want to see. Your suggestions are welcome.
Here we leave the list of all the videos we have filmed in this series: "Cooking with Daniel". We hope you enjoy them: • COCINANDO CON DANIEL: ...
