I did my sample on a weekend and my GP surgery contacted me and said the lab were unable to process my results and they’ve asked me to do another test. I think the stool “expired” so to speak 💩💩😅😅

In the US, they don’t even try to give you the FIT test first. They jump straight to the high-risk colonoscopy which has a 1 in 2,000 chance of causing a perforation.

Sorry to hear about your experience. I’m based here in California, I was mailed this test before my 46th birthday. They do this for low risk cases and most insurance providers require this. So it was mailed to me without even requesting it

According to my test, my count was 200. I'm booked in for the camera but I didn't know the benchmark was anything above 10. I'm quite worried now tbh

@@Autumnroses123 I'm not too bad thanks. I had the camera but it found nothing. I'm now booked in for small intestine and stomach scans. Ended up in hospital last week after a lot of abdominal pain, blood, fever and collapse. Much fun lol
