Yes, vet has a lot of job opportunities in future which are high earning (not more than mbbs though) but I think you should do it only if you are comfortable with animals and have interest in this field as most people don't have interest.

You will not get a hostel in seth GS and taking a flat on rent in parel can be really expensive , academics wise it is the best in Maharashtra but do consider such factors because I have seen people taking gmc Mumbai just because of hostel facilities beven after getting in seth GS

Definitely go for pmch My Father graduated from pmch he told every time go to pmch/nmch rather than aiims patna because clinical exposure of pmch is much better than aiims
