@@Typhon18038 progress in act 2 like normal, once you reach nightsong he will change since act 1 is cut off (and Glut is from act 1) from which he will not ever open dialogue again; which means he will never leave your party, and hence can enter act 3 with him. Just make sure he is IN your party BEFORE you enter the portal to nightsong and that he is not nearby otherwise he will end up leaving the party as you enter. I found leaving him at the waypoint at moonrise towers works well.

@@WhowlingWholf Awesome thank you! And If I already have him in my party before I even went to the creche or act 2 did i mess up or am I still able to take him to act 2? I have not taken him out of underdark yet.

@@Typhon18038 Yeah thats all fine, you are only able to get him into creche OR act 2, I advise doing act 2 so you can get him in act 3. Also apparently it wont work if you are doing a solo run, need at least another companion in party.

He wont go to camp with you anymore, a pop up occurs and he auto leaves your party to wait for when you get back

Is there anyway to get from mountain pass to act 2 or even back to the colony because i think i screwed it up on my honour run

First time I followed this it worked like a charm but not subsequently. It might be mods, I guess. I get an update in my journal I didn't see before that says 'He stays in the Underdark', No 'poofing' sound and he doesn' come with :(

Is there anyway to take glut with you to the shadow cursed lands if he’s already in the mountain pass?

Unfortunately I could not find a way to. I tested the same glitch method to try get him into act 2 which did not work and tried travelling into next area which also did not work.

I entered shadowfell with glut he left immediately and could not talk to him anyway to fix this? (Edit I got it to wrok but glut wont follow me, how to fix?)

You want Glut in the party but not near the entrance to shadowfell, so leave him outside moonrise for example. Once you enter the shadowfell he will no longer ever talk since act 1 is cut off and he is meant to be in act 1 not 2. You can fast travel without him leaving and enter act 3.

i got him into act 2 but i couldn't control him and when i went through the shadowfell he is still in my party but i can't control him and he doesnt follow me or fast travel with me P.s. he only has 30 hp but idk that could just be honour mode

hm strange, does he have a purple outline on his portrait? with a purple dot? sometimes there's like a 'shadow' version of him thats not properly there, if you ask him to join it should fix. 30 max hp? that is def not honour mode, he should have about 57 in tactician/honour mode but difficulty shouldn't matter for the glitch

I talk about entering the shadowfell at 8:08. Basically you want him in your party before you go in, but not nearby the entrance (he shouldn't follow you in)

I checked this in honor mode, when moving from Act 2 to Act 1, Glut simply disappeared, in the Underdark and camp it is not there

yep once he is in act 2 he won't go back, (covered that in video at 0:40) you should be able to find him where you left him in act 2 still

@@WhowlingWholf I found him in the camp behind the door, before leaving the dungeon in the second act. If this is not fixed, then I will try to go through this method in patch 7, although the latest video on the channel is quite popular, I came across it in the recommendations, so there is a possibility that Larians already know about this glitch. In this video you didn’t show how to dress a spore servant in the necessary things, except for the circus in act 3

@@ramrierd543 I'm a little confused by what you explain, but I can try explain: basically you do everything you want in underdark, once you're done, you can glitch him into act 2. Yes glitch the still works for patch 6. Equipping items is tricky, I might do a video explaining more about that for pre act 3

He either A. Leaves party and can’t join back Or B. He goes in first and after a while, all contact is cut from the shadowfell

yes they haven't patched anything since I last tested, and yes you can get him to act 3, but need to enter shadowfell without him, as he no longer opens dialogue afterwards

Yep! He will be absent for the gith monk incursion but will be forced to follow you for act 3 including the nether brain. "In Glut's name!"

@@F1shyBab1shy as long as he is not undead, and can access his corpse (it hasn't exploded) yes you should be. I have already tried gortash and sarevok who are fun, but you can't do Raphael since he is fiend
