Great video. I found a bunch of hair in my wheels. Turns out my infrared sensor on the front was kind of dirty so I wiped it with some damp cloth. Now. It works great. These vacuums are pretty awesome mine's been in service for over a year now and it does a good job

Hi, great video! Ive had the m210 for a while now but haven't used it for a coulpe of months. When i put it on the charging dock it does 6 beeps 3 times. In the manual it says there is a "charging error". Not sure how to solve this "charging error". Any idea how i could fix this before contacting they're support?

Hi and yet it seems that the metal on the charging ports should be cleaned both on the vaccuume and the charger. If its dirty it cant charge or maybe the charger is broken

Hi! Mine works for a couple of minutes and its still around 80-90% battery. Then it turns off right in the middle of cleaning, it doesn't go home to the dock! Help!

That's what is happening to mine. Also one of wheels,.the left one doesn't turn. Discovered it was really stuck after watching this video, I could see it wasn't turning when I would try to use it...but now discovered I can't even turn it with my hand. It was only a couple months old when it decided to stop working. Then I just put it away for a year. Now I'm back trying to figure it out?!

Mine is not charging… the light looks like it’s charging.. blinks softly on and off… on app says it’s charging, but it doesn’t show charged at all?

Mine keeps blinking red off and off. Checked everything and when press the button when charged it keeps blinking. I haven’t used in 6 months

Any ideas on what could be causing mine to only clean for an average of about 15 minutes before needing to be charged again? It will just suddenly stop after 15 mins of cleaning & beep a few times, not attempt to go back to charging station. Also, it will suddenly drop from 70 or 80 percent charged to 0 in a matter of a couple minutes. Thanks in advance!

Mine charges correctly, and will back out of the dock but stop immediately and do nothing. Any suggestions?

Not yet. Ive removed the wheels and cleaned out the sensors using rubbing alcohol and it still doesn't work ​@YaraCastillo-hm1yw
