If you are losing hard, pressing R is fine MOST IMPORTANT TIP for MORDEKAISER MATCH UP: 1. 4, 5 and conclusion 2:19 When you are close to his turret and minnions are not crashing, don't get grab under his turret, some turret shot might lose you the lane 2:29 If you are isolated, you will take extra damage when MORDEKAISER hit you with his Q, stay in the wave and block the damage with your ki barrier and q him back with grasp 16:16 When you trade Mordekaiser, Early ignite can be good to stop his healing Trading pattern : [block his q with your passive and q him back with grasp] [ his shield heal him, if he just used it, he is killable] [just sidestep his pullback] !!! IMPORTANT if you are behind (losing lane) if he ult you, you have to dodge his Q and avoid being close to him. If he hit 2 q when you are inside his ult you will probably die.

Yes i just pick Shen in every match up and try to figure out how to "break the code" like in this video. zone him lvl 1 get lvl2 look for klil if not crash wave then zone him lvl3-4-5-6 when the wave bounce back. he cant beat you til lvl6. block his q with your w

The item itself is not bad, the main issue is "there is better items" and we have only 6 slots😮‍💨, for example with heartsteel rush mordekaiser can kill you meanwhile kaenic turn this dude into a minnion

Still hearsteel was built mainly in low elo in previous 13. Patches. Its wasnt bad item but there were still better choices even back then. As they are now for Shen. Its worth when the game is longer so you scale up with HP not bad item but overated by low rank players.
