Guide of the Pullmantur Sovereign (Cruiseship Review)

2018 I was on a cruise with the Souvereign. I never heard from Pullmantur before. Therefore I had no real expectation and the ship is not the newest anymore. The cabin (0:50) for normal paying people are rather small. To store the content of two suitcases for two people is rather difficult. The bathroom (1:40) is fine compared to other cruiseships. The general design is nothing fancy but nice. It has all the average commodities you expect from a cruiseship. The food is good, the pool area (2:55) is fine and the bars (3:12) and the casino are nice to visit. I never paid attention to the childrens area but it seemed rather big. Is that a common thing on cruiseships? They even have a disco for teens.
As I said at the beginning the cruiseship is rather old. Although it went through renovation periods things are worn down a little. You see in the video how the 11th floor button hardly works, because everyone uses it many times a day (2:02). I even saw leaking water dropping into the restaurant (I did not put it into the video). Another thing I really did not like, was that you could not fill up your own free water or icetea (2:23). Instead the staff filled it in a cup for you. Often there were none or it was to crowded to get one. Sorry, big dislike. I know they want prevent people to fill up bottles when going on land, but buying a plastic bottle instead is stupid for the environment. You might say, a cruise is alreasy bad for the environment, and I cannot really disagree.
Overall it is a nice ship to travel from port to port. Not one of those ships where you rather stay on the ship instead of going to another beach at the port of call.

As per the video I dont think the facilities there are as much entertaining as the epic cruse or the other big ones, I think they attract senior people at relaxing ambiance unlike the other cruise ships that has more activities and young people. Please correct me if i am wrong because i was considering it this summer till i saw this video then i changed my mind

Emile Salman It is not a ship where you stay on board for all the attractions like on the onces for 6000 passengers. This ship, however, has quite a lot of bars and facilities for kids. It always depends what you like. I personally think the port of calls are always the most important thing when choosing a cruise...and the prize;)

WoW went on this cruise back in 2011. So many good memories! We were in one of the biggest suites of the ship and the experience was just incredible! Totally recommended!

I saw a video how the ship sits on the beach waiting to be taking apart next too some other cruise ships. It is weird to see.
