Too bad this won't help me with my account that was stolen in the late 2023 recovery thing ( I haven't made payments since 2021 but hacker made em one week before I realized my account was gone and support requested I provide the hacker's receipts despite giving everything else even screenshot and stuff 💀☠) but I hope this helps someone more fortunate than me, good guide.

@@pix1943 when you go into purchase history, there should be a blue text stating “Showing: Last 90 days” or sth You click on that and then click custom. Then it shows all the years. Tap whichever year you want and it should show that year all payments! I just saw it

@@топчик-у5в I guess I had the same problem when I tried to transfer from android to iOS although I remember where it was binded to, turns out it was moved to a guest account and you have to bind it again 😃, (I’m not sure if you got it back but i hope this helps for anyone else reading this🥲)

Following this tutorial - will update results contacted support: DONE asked for help because I do not have an android device: DONE They asked for receipts and I sent them and I’m waiting for response! I hope they let me recover my account. They wanted receipts from 5 years ago, when I used my school email for Apple ID. The Apple ID I used is no longer active, so I don't know if they'll let me. I have screenshots of my battle records, my username + ID from years ago (it's a picture from the Junji Ito collab), and I even have pictures of my past usernames in game. 😭

hi, if the account has been in the scammer’s hands for atleast a year, it is impossible to recover since the mainly proof of ownership is the receipt that they require with a specific date.

this now depends, ik a lotta people do the currency change to buy echoes at cheaper price and it seems like thats what SEAGM does. It might be a verified website, but for NE maybe they would see it as 1/ You bought echoes at different currency (if you arent able to provide the receipt they wont recover it for you bc it potentially shows that you traded your account and thats against rules and regulation) 2/ They probably dont know you bough echoes from SEAGM and once they see the receipt they may need further verifcation or just deny you completely. It might be verified globally but that doesnt mean NE has verified it or is in partnership with it
