is there a way to combine multiple data sources into one to show the dashboard, as we have a ticket data from Jira, where as detailed root cause analysis is from log analytics, need to create drill down from one data source to another

Yes! First connect each data source to grafana. Then you can create panels that connect to each data source. You are not contracted to a single data source per dashboard, you can have multiple.
