I've started to learn (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) in November because I wanted to get a job with it! So far I'm not really great! I tried to figure out which online course should I study (right now an Udemy JS course) but my mentality is not good I guess. After couple of videos my attention goes somewhere else. I feel a little bit lost in it! I don't know how I will find out projects for my portfolio if I once will be ready to apply a job!

Sorry to hear you're going through this. Try to use the pomodoro technique while watching the videos. 25 mins of work/watching then take 5 minutes break. This helps you have consistent work sessions! I hope it helps. Good luck.

All “a business is is meeting a need”. So people should think less of creating a business and more about meeting a need. This mental shift allows you to come with with more ideas to meet a need. There are a lot of companies which needs some type of software solution to meet their business need. Just contact some of them and offer to solve this problem. You will get tones of problems (ideas to code) plus who know in the end they might pay you for it
