correct, i had to think about that for a bit because chains resolve in reverse order, so if you want to negate use bark bribe, they still have to pay to activate whatever the cost for the the s/t and the s/t doesn't resolve so it is the best for negation

they really need to make it a bit easier. A lot of times there are only 1 admin online these days if there are any at all.

***** We still get terrible admins anyway. I can't tell you how many times I've corrected an admin. and a lot of the people who would be good admins don't take it because its too hard and they don't want to blow their one shot. I've been on the site numerous times where my opponent just stalls out because there are no admins online to stop him. Its ridiculous. I'm not saying make it cheesecake easy, just make it easier.

leaves the field also includes returns to the hand from the field or sent to the grave and removed from play/bannished, such as yerbel-terror incarnate's sumom of yerbel- the ultimate nightmare. also regarding when and when yoou cant negate a summon or wether you can or can not it depend on the card your useing. blackhorn of heven can only negate SS by the organal card text such as Cyber dragon or other SS done by sincro an zeta summons but does not include summons from cards like monster reborn

I thought like that, but then I found something useful. Hear this, folks: You can take the SAME Admin exam only once, not EVERY SINGLE ONE. I think they update the exam once in 6 months/a year. When you enter the site and see new admin exam notification in that box, that means the new exam is there, and you can try it, even if you tried previous one

It's important to note that not all Konami Official Tournament rules are applicable on DN. I've seen an admin rule that a game was in an accepted game state and the gameplay should continue on as is after one player clearly created an irreparable game state and it was discovered a while later. In Konami's rules, that would cause a game loss to the player who made that mistake. So when taking the exam, keep in mind that DN rules trump Konami rules, in certain cases.

i really wish that there was a way where i could see my test after i had completed it so that i can check which answers i got wrong and then learn why the other answers are correct. it sucks taking a test and not knowing what went wrong. it's really hard to learn without knowing what you did wrong

The reason you can't see your questions after you take the exam is because it's an Anti-Cheating Mechanic. Besides the Exam isn't meant to help you learn the game, its meant to test your abilaty to serve the DN community as an Admin.

Does your account have at least 100 experience and has your account been registered for at least a month? Both of those are requirements to taking the exam.

I think some questions have no correct answer. I took the previous exam and there was a question that said: "You control slifer... your opponent summons gale and activates the effect of gale. What happens?" I paraphrased I don't remember the exact wording. no answer was that gale is destroyed by slifers effect, how could that not be an answer. It's the only thing that should have happened. The answers were all related to slifers attack which shouldn't matter. Because gales effect couldn't be ac

I thought it was funny though that there were questions about judging tournaments in real life, considering it's for an online admin position.

I took the test and got 5/20 right... It doesn't tell you which answers are right, which would help any players that don't pass learn more about the game and understand why they didn't pass. I agree with Icarus that the test is too hard. I would suggest at least showing the correct answers and maybe some explanations about why the answer is correct.

The answers to the test are not shown at the end because the test is not designed to be a teaching tool. You aren't taking it to see what you know. You are taking it to be eligible to become an administrator. If you were guessing at questions because you thought they were too complicated to reason through, then perhaps you just aren't familiar enough with the rules of yugioh.

The point of an exam in this case is to find people are qualified. If they don't pass they aren't qualified. If they get the answers they can just write them down and try again. Someone is just mad they failed.

While I do not agree with Vendetta's attitude, I will agree with him on the fact that the test is too hard. I studied for almost 7 hours, and still only got 12 correct. I understand that some of the situations outlined in the exam can happen but the chances of a problem that complex being presented to an admin on a regular basis seem rather slim to me. In addition because the exam does not show you the correct answers after you take it the "you may only take this exam once" rule is overkill.

I know the rules and chains perfectly but I dont know every card effect and in the exam I had to search the cards I didnt even had enough time to solve it. The exam is so bad that even who knows the rules perfectly cant solve it It wont happen nothing bad if you make an exam every year

You should have to be retested at least every 6 months to 1 year... Licensed professionals or Referees have to.

You don't have to deal with many idiots if youre a good player. The rating system matches you with opponents who have similar experience and similar rating. Plus if youre new, you can still face competent players because people on a win streak will be matched with better players. Plus, if you don't care about ratings and that's why your rating sucks, then just quit out of duels with idiots. Youll still have a lot of experience points so the more you play, the better your experience will be.

If your rating is low and always has been, you wouldn't know. My rating is 1200/1400. Im usually paired with skilled duelists, veteran players, and more often than not, both.

admins suck i got in a duel with this kid who said that you could normal summon once in mp1 and again in mp2. he insisted he was right so he called his friend ( who was an admin ) . the admin said that you COULD NORMAL SUMMON TWICE in one turn without card effects, and when i told him he was wrong and to go look it up, he threatened to ban me and said that if i didnt admit defeat to the other guy i would get banned.
