Usually, before we go to sleep, thoughts from the day rush to our mind, the things we liked, the things we didn't like. This means that a lot of the times we sleep with a busy mind and we don't get the chance to have a calm night sleep. In this meditation we try to calm our mind, and connect to God, so we can sleep with a calm mind and heart embrace by God's love and mercy.
This meditation also includes Muhasaba, an Islamic practice for spirituality to monitor your daily actions. This part is inspired by a spiritual instruction given by Allameh Tabatabai to the letter of a young person asking for guidance to come out of a spiritual deadlock.
