This video made me a lot more comfortable. I bought a pair of these at Hibbett but not my size. Took them to a place a hour and a half away to swap for my size and I didn’t even think to check them. I come from work today and stumbled on this video and noticed on the heal of one of my 4’s the jumpman foot is REALLY close to the edge near the stitching and it scared me. But this video made me a little more at ease. Ahhhh I hate that the resellers have ruined the shoe game. Shoes shouldn’t go for over retail.

Thanks for commenting, Ceeclue! Yes, usually if a company has a full size run avaiLAble and the price is set at retail or below, then it's most likely a company selling counterfeits. This is excluding StockX, GOAT, and sneaker boutiques. For example: Red Thunder 4 Sizes 3.5 - 15 avaiLAble for $190 when the going price is $350-400 is not authentic.

If you need to get the insole lifted, warm up the adhesive by sticking a hair dryer or heat-gun on low & inside the shoe for a bit and that will make the adhesive more pliable and the insole will easily lift up. Def appreciate the info on the legit check tho. I got mine from FnL, Foot locker, & Jimmy Jazz but I still like to check over my shit regardless.

The leather under the wing is too high on my right shoe side. It's easy over the wing. The remaining points you mentioned in the video pass. Do you think it's just a manufacturing error? is only on one side

Thanks for your question, Kein! Yes, it is possible that it was a manufacturing flaw. I purchased the "A Star is Born" Jordan 1 from Foot Locker a few years back, and one shoe is slightly taller than the other shoe. Can't tell on feet, but manufacturing flaws do happen 👊🏽😎

I wouldn't necessarily say that would make them fake. I suggest comparing your pairs to other pairs to see if there is a consistency with the red dots or not.

Seems like that's the case. Nike could've switched boxes midway through production for whatever reason. Not sure of an exact reason, but it happens. Not the 1st time I've seen that. I believe the "Strange Love" dunk low had two different (general) boxes. Or the P-Rod dunk high...It was one of the two 👊🏽😎

Thanks for reaching out, Nick! So, I would say it is simply because that's not the original paper that comes with the retail pair. However, I don't know what went on during Nike's production either. They could've switched paper midway through production...Or if you purchased your pair from someone else, that person could've switched the paper (not sure why they would though).

I can't speak on the sources being the same because I don't have any knowledge of that, personally. But, there will DEFINITELY be slight differences in how the shoes are made.
