A hypnosis activation and meditation accompanied by 432Hz tuned music and the 528Hz miracle tone (solfeggio frequency). From 0:00 to 11:45 minutes; I serve a build-up and introduction to the guided meditation itself. I felt guided to include this, and it is just as important as the guided visualizations later on; I will share the transcript of this in the comment field of this video. Your subconscious mind is your protector, and it will only "give" you as much as you are ready to handle at the moment you are doing this process - for your highest good. You have attracted this meditation into your reality for a reason. The limiting rules, beliefs, and trauma from your ancestors are ripe to LET GO. Cutting energy cords and revoking outdated soul contracts, promises, or vows that are not for your highest good and are not empowering you - it is time to tear that contract and cast it into the Flame of Freedom.
During the process of releasing and healing; it is normal, ok, and safe to cry, shake a bit, or even laugh. You may feel intense emotions or nothing at all. The way your system releases karmic density is unique to you. There is no right or wrong. Allow yourself to go safely through the process. I read the whole thing..its the best explanation of the truth i have ever read! I believe everything you said..i woke up gradually after i lost my 26yr old daughter. Adversity is also a learning experience even tho its so HARD! My psychic abilities have increased abd im able to help more people instead of pushing it down for fear of being judged! This was strange but in a good way, let me explain. So when I started the meditation, throughout I was doing things just seconds before you told me to do them, as if I knew what you were going to say and when you got to the part about letting to and said "enough is enough" I felt that in my entire soul and cried. When you said "envision your spirit guide putting one hand on your heart and the other on your third eye" about 10 seconds before you said that, I felt a weird sensation in my third eye. Kenneth, I just want to say that I have been listening to your meditations for awhile and the last two years or so have been the hardest times that I ever experienced in my life. I am grieving so many deaths and it has been really one death after another. While this triggered my awakening even more so, I now have an understanding of why all of this happened for me. I always knew that there was more to life than a 9-5 and I never got that category. I always questioned things and rebelled. Now at 29 years old I can see why, I have always been different and I knew I was born into my blood line to awaken and to heal. I won’t lie it’s definitely hard at times and the anxieties and paralyzing thoughts /beliefs can feel so intense and real but I know that I am not this “ program and beliefs” that I was made to believe. While I was listening to this, I had this strong vision to visit my grandma’s grave. It has been very difficult for me and I haven’t been there since she passed in September 2019 but I have this urge to go and also to visit my dog who just passed and lay out flowers. Been on a healing journey for awhile now and even though awakening it is so intense because I am shedding who I thought I was. I have to say though that the spiritual path has saved my life. Meditation has saved me and listening to your videos have to! Inspired me in so many ways. I suffer with very bad social anxiety and panic attacks/ depression but I also know that comes from core beliefs and how I view myself. Neccessary. I came into this mediation with a mix of ease and nervousness. I didn't know what I needed to confront while at the same time, being intuitively guided. I'm doing this now before the new year. Hoping for a change in my situation. For the past two years I've been so depressed, sad, alone, in pain from mental and emotional abuse, betrayals and being taken advantage of. My heart literally aches. I haven't been living, I have been surviving, trying to find a reason everyday to keep going. I am my only support here in the physical realm. My vital energy has been drained for quite awhile now. I'm going to cut all cords, tear contracts, and break any agreements binding me that are not for my highest good. I will no longer be in poverty, homeless, alone with no family or friends. Thank you for this deep and powerful meditation. I just did it and I feel like many tons have been lifted from my back. I now feel energized. When I put my hands on my 3rd eye and heart, I saw an explosion of purple/indigo colors in my 3rd eye with flashes of chains being cut off. Right after that I felt so much peace. I will redo this in a week or so, just to give it time to clean what has been lifted today. Thank you again. This is my first meditation with you. 🥰🙏

Generally not someone who's into meditation and usually listen to hypnosis when I'm going to sleep, I fall asleep as soon as I turn it on. But I did try this in the morning, I could sit still. Weird but I felt immense joy, like I'm doing something big. Visualization was on point. Thank you.
