As you begin to tune into your body, locating where there may be tension, this guided meditation will follow you through until you have reached a deep sleep state. Entering first into relaxation as you work your way up in this body scan meditation, loosening every muscle along the way.
as your body relaxes, your mind will automatically enter into a state of relaxation. Before you know it, you will have drifted off or begin to daydream your way to a more euphoric feeling.
You can use this guided meditation before or as you sleep at bedtime. A body scan is one of the easiest types of meditation, as you are dealing with a physical object, yourself!
As you float your way to sleep and deep relaxation, your imagination and creative side will take over.

If you'd just had your voice and the crackling fire in the background I would have been off in 5 minutes. Perfect. But the random piano music kept distracting me though and kept walking me back up.

I am prone to severe migraines that sometimes land me in the E.R. getting a pain med shot...but honestly he helps me just as much, if not more than the medicine does. I am SO appreciative of all his videos ❤

Is there an 8 hour version of the recording with talk throughout? I desperately need one. I love your voice but want some thing throughout the night. If you have one could you post the link on my reply, if you don’t could you create one? Thank you very much! Love this for sleep but I use it for a nap since it’s not that long. I have trouble staying asleep and need to hear a voice. I’m blind so it helps to hear someone talking throughout the night with such a soothing voice.

You can make a playlist! It will auto Play all the videos, even if you repeat the same video in the playlist. That's what I do!

he has recordings on apple music (I'm sure on other platforms as well) under the name Christian Thomas it's the first one that pops up if you search 'body scan sleep'. You can make a playlist with just that recording for however long you need :)

I agree, Yoga is the only thing that relaxes me and the body scan is my favorite part.There are a lot of apps that are like this. Check out an app called "Deep Meditation"

You might suggest he get checked out for sleep apnea. Snoring is a symptom. Treatment will help you both get better sleep.

Second to the @Devo Bellare comment. It kills people slowly every night, shortening their lives. Obvious decreases to oxygen to organs and heart dysrhythmias occur. Also less REM sleep has negative impact on immune system. metabolism and behavior/mood. Even mild weight gain can increase tissue in the neck and throat causing obstructions. America doesn't seem to be getting leaner so it's a growing disease. However, some just have poor anatomy such as short, thick necks. FIxes include mild to heavy weight loss. bipap machines, surgery and medications. Start with a sleep study. Some being done remotely at home now vs a lab. Best wishes.

You can download it to your phone for if that does happen, just hit share, click the copy URL button, and then google KZbin to mp3 converter and paste the youtube link in there and hit convert and then save the download. Its a long process for one song but I do it for my most favorite ones and its good for when I dont have interweb.

LOVE your meditations! Thank you. The volume on this one is super low - and YES - I do have the volume on my computer turned on high :-) Anyone else having this issue?

I agree that it is a bit lower than normal. This one might require headphones. I had to stash this one away in my watch later folder. We have triple-digit temperatures and wildfires all over the state where I live. I don't think I could relax right now listening to a crackling fire. When winter begins this will be awesome.

When your body is still for a while, it will make you itch in order to check if you're awake. Another meditation taught me this. It said to just scratch and don't worry about it. But you get used to it

I listened to this every night for around 2 weeks and never got to the end of it. Don’t listen too hard though because you’ll hear that none of it actually makes sense.

I got a couple of motivation videos in the next couple of weeks, they may help but I’ve written that down as a good one to do. Keep your eyes peeled 😉 keep your chin up, I’ve done nights before......hold on, I still am😂 it is hard, what I did was when I walked out the door I left the job there. Do something that signifies that you can go home and sleep like consciously relaxing your shoulders on your way home. Sounds stoopid but give it a go. Habits work!!👍

Meditation Vacation i will keep my eyes wide open for them ones. Its difficult sleeping in the day isnt it with a bright room through the sun. Thanks for your tip mate i will try that out when i leave in the next 3 hours much appreciated my friend 😉

Is it possible to become dependent on something to sleep because I used to sleep to this occasionally but I’ve been using this to sleep for the past 2 weeks straight, it’s Thursday night and guess what I’m about to do 😩
