This is an Original 10 minute guided morning meditation recorded by us. Practicing gratitude can serve as a transformative pathway to fostering a profound shift in one's perspective and overall well-being. By consciously acknowledging and appreciating the positive aspects of life, individuals cultivate a heightened awareness of the present moment. Gratitude acts as a guiding light, redirecting focus from perceived shortcomings to the abundance of blessings. This shift in mindset promotes a sense of inner peace and contentment, grounding individuals in a deeper connection to the world around them. As gratitude becomes a habitual practice, it opens the door to self-discovery and a richer understanding of the interconnectedness of life. Ultimately, through the lens of gratitude, one can find a profound sense of enlightenment, recognizing the beauty in both the ordinary and extraordinary facets of existence.

I have many health conditions which means I am permanently in a lot of pain. I just sat and cried for 5 minutes to release some of the anguish. I then opened youtube and found this meditation had just been uploaded. 10 mins later and I feel so much better. ❤ Thank you.

Thank you for this. My precious dog will be put down in two days and I'm trying to find a way to make myself get some sleep. This meditation helps me realize that I have so much to be grateful for: her, everything she did for me and all of our beautiful moments and memories. It'll be hard without her, but being grateful for all this helps soothe the pain a little ❤
