It was so good, but i didnt know whether to just stay like that, then I know that i am seeing a video of meditation, then I thought no, u should not be aware of your surroundings or sth like that and suudenly thought of that flute music, I imagined sri krishna, I was sitting there listening the music, then I thought I am doing this meditation for concentration, I shouldn't let my mind go to any things, I should focus on not thinking anything or sth, but i can do enjoying the music, so i again went back to listening the flute no through my head, but through my brain and ears, it felt so natural But still I don't know how should be this properly done so as to calm my mind, focus properly on my studies, while I study , I sit but 50 mins out of 60 mins, I think I will always be thinking sth else, gurudev please guide me Overall I was thinking of sri krishna 😊 , and i even thought of learning flute, can i think like that gurudev? And a point offtrack, there were sooo many mosquitoes biting me nicely while I was doing it
