In the beginning of the 1990s Lama Gangchen Rinpoche started teaching the NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing Practice, which is a traditional meditation practice adapted to our modern times and needs. We meditate on having our qualities already fully developed so we get familiarized with them and gradually we can develop them. This practice originally started in Borobudur where Lama Gangchen had visions; he ‘saw’ the practice of Self-Healing in the stupa and he transformed his own experience into a system that everyone can practice.
NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing Practice is a complete system of meditation to reach enlightenment for very advanced practitioners, and it can also be done by beginners as a way to relax ourselves. It's a very powerful method that uses movements, visualization with archetypes, color, sound, mantras, breath and concentration, in order to create positive interaction of our mind. In this way we familiarize ourselves with the deep qualities, and with a pure identity, so we can truly transform our habits, eliminate our defilements and the causes of our own suffering. Gradually we develop our own qualities up to the state of enlightenment.
