Had my first real lucid dream an hour ago.....when I can float thats my test that I know im dreaming...I was excited but stayed calm and said 3+3 is 6 about 5 times to get grounded in the dream....then I was floating all over the room and around some place with people I didnt recognize....went out side and was flying slowly around a parking lot, going faster and faster....then went higher and faster....started losing it after I couldnt turn fast enough and caught part of a building....but it last a good long time atleast 15 min...I could have prob gone back into it if I didnt get so happy about it....wow....you can do it too!!! Now I have to plan some things to do!!

I was all but detached after the first affirmation the second and third one just brought me back to awake I wish you would have just grabbed me and pulled me out when I was practically floating during my first affirmation. I had to try so hard to remember the third one I woke all the way up. Don't get me wrong I've astral projected with one of your other ones and you get me closer than anyone... once one knows theyre trying to astral project it's very hard to get in that in between consciousness. it's like you get me there and then you bring me right back out cuz u keep talking. Intro, breathing, affirmation, floating, shhh🙏🫶✌️

i almost had it but became very afraid to let go
