I’ve been meditating for 2 years now and recently it has become extremely difficult for me to sit still and control my thoughts. Your guided meditations helped me a lot, and they are really the best from everything I have tried on youtube for those years, so just wanted to say thanks and I hope you will keep doing them :)

Today, I experienced with this meditation some important clarifications on how to deal with feelings of anxiety. I understand much better how my mind can become " lost in thought" ( in my particular circumstance today by reading about PASSED opposing political events) including todays political debacles, and my mind drifting into feelings of anxiety, that I now believe I can recognize more easily and quickly and be better equipped to nip them in the bud with better awareness by turning to my breathing and gently bringing myself relaxation and into the present moment. All you people who are struggling with anxiety can do the same! I know how most of you feel towards the folks at DTM so be generous if you can.

Thank you for your great meditations. This one has helped me so much to deal with my anxiety, best thing is that there’s no music, just the voice to remind you to stay focused sometimes. I love it.

I desperately need Anxiety relief. Vivisected. It’s the only word I can think of to describe how I’m feeling - vivisected. As though someone has cut me open with a scalpel, the pain not sinking in until the flesh begins to separate and my blood bubbles out. I can hear the crack as my ribs are flayed open. Slowly, my organs, wet and sticky, are pulled out of me one at a time. Until I am hollow. Hollow and yet, in excruciating pain - still alive. Still. Alive. Please God, stop this anxiety...

you are here, you are trying, you are being vocal about what is hurting you. That is more than what I was able to do when i used to struggle like that. I hope today is much nicer to you than yesterday was.

Nothing is either good or bad but thinking that makes it so. I suffered from anxiety my whole life. Look to the God in you for relief. My meditation today is to help end your suffering. You will be healed.

I find the meditation guides on this channel to be fantastic and so helpful. However, having ads at the end and asking to 'like & subscribe' is distracting if I want to continue sitting in a meditative state once the video has finished. I'd really like if these were before the meditation started instead.
