I would like to request one where we focus on the thoughts that come, especially if we want to or feel the need to. I know it’s unconventional, and I go for traditional ones most of the time, but sometimes the ones focusing on thoughts are great for processing moments or situations and for reflecting on them.

I liked the straightforward setup of this video. Though I have a suggestion, I wish you had shorten up your sentences & the frequency of your speaking in this video. That way a user would have more room to relax between each instructions & they will be less distracted as well

This meditation worked wonders to allow me to release the "toxic" effects of the strong emotion of frustration! I was made uncomfortable by frustration in 2 different ways: first I felt my whole body was tense: second there was a feeling of discomfort in my mind. If that is all the toxicity I felt at this time the poisonous cause I reacted to in the way I describe I can accept without complaint! It could have been worse if I had followed the frustration with anger!

I seriously am grateful for this video, and for you for making it. The more minimal-guidance, deeper silence mode of meditation is perfect for me--it helps me to relax and lock into that more peaceful center. Your light-touch and gentle direction help me a lot with meditation. Thank you.

It is afternoon and the morning is gone. However, the stress of the hand tremor of Parkinsons' disease is frequently a troublesome sensation that maybe is impossible to release by just breathing into it. I intend to search the internet to see if there is some medication that can give me relief from it!

I did put this on a while ago but got no reply, I struggle to gettl my breathing to slow down and under control in the mornings as I get morning anxiety, shal i just keep practicing or do it another time of the day,but I really need it first thing in the morning because that's when my anxiety is worse .

People wanting to speed it up and remove the pauses are missing the point. Mindfulness requires a few minutes of calm in order to be effective.

Massive big long silent gap has me checking my phone and the app. Added to my stress. Pointless to have silent gaps with it explanation.

I really appreciate this format! So I have always been someone who appreciates hearing someone guide me through a meditation sometimes though I want more silence so I can really sit with how I'm feeling and not feel rushed. This was an absolutely fantastic mixture of silence and guidance for times when I need to do more work by myself but with someone still there to push me in the right direction when I really start drifting away from being present. Thank you! Truly, your work is appreciated.❤️🙏

I note that counting to 20 (rather than 10) in a foreign language in which I am not truly fluent in fact works best to stave off random thoughts!
