I suffer with vulvodynia and have just discovered your channel. I did a few of your yoga videos and just wanted to to say how amazing they are. Other pelvic floor yoga videos I tend to struggle with as I either find them hard to do or they cause me pain but yours is the perfect balance and I find them so good to help relax and help my pain. I’ll be incorporating your videos into my day, morning and night, thank you for making these videos. You’re helping so much of us out here❤️

Hi, first thank you for all your free resources, really value and appreciate your channel :) I have a question, do you think it’s better to pick one of your stretching/yoga videos and just repeat it every day until you see changes in easiness/less tightness or pick a different video each time to work with? Sorry, hope that makes sense. Sending you best wishes :)

Consistency with relaxation exercises is key. I personally think it’s best to find exercises that make you feel good and then consistently practice those same exercises for 6 or 8 weeks before changing it up, so perhaps pick just one video that you feel helps and do that one consistently. You can try a few different ones to find the one that suits best. Eventually you will have a selection of exercises in your toolkit that you can use whenever needed without even needing to follow videos 😊🌸

Madam i have shy bladder since my childhood but now I am faced frequent feeling of urination all tests are done but there is no abnormality but I feel frequent feeling .when small quantity of urine will come to the bladder my bladder gives signals to me please reply and please give me suggestions
