Wow thank you for sharing this! I’ve had knee issues since I was a preteen. Now in my mid thirties I have pelvic floor issues.

I started experiencing knee pain 6 months ago. Found that hypertonic pelvic floor comes with more problems than I knew. Have been working on my glute medius and hip flexors and that has done a world of good.

I can imagine it has been very helpful. Everything within the body is connected in some way, and when it comes to movement, figureing out what are the underlying issues is pivotal to changing the patterns at play 😊
