Very helpful in relieving stress and in balancing or "centering" our mind & body ! Btw, maybe It's just a typographical error when the word " distressing" as written in this video title should have been "de-stressing". It sounds contradictory or even confusing to those who may casually read it in passing.Thank you and more success to your group for featuring this wonderful work by Dr .Deepak Chopra !

I will repeat some of these meditations on my own. Thank you for offering these. I hate to say though - what in the world is with the "background" music? So in-your-face and distracting. I wont be able to listen to it again, but like I said, will incorporate some of these mantras and techniques into a more peaceful, silent meditation.

What an amazing distressing video Mr.. Deepak, I follow you from last 20 years. Only 1 improvement I can say is in your meditation video the background sound is never pleasant. Consider just the waterfall or soothing voice like Indian classical music.
