This guided meditation is my favourite I’ve ever come across, I woke up feeling so sick and uneasy with anxiety and put this on my earphones whilst I was still in bed first thing in the morning and after 20 mins I felt completely normal and peaceful. It can be, if there are no other sounds around you to disturb you; but I find that headphones always enhance the experience and healing in exponential ways so if you do listen to this without headphones it may take a bit longer to get the desired healing effect I hope that this helps you. Personally I listen to any meditation with headphones as it helps me better- if you want to listen to it without headphones you might have to turn up the volume I hope this helps and I pray you have a wonderful day you beautiful soul
