I'm in a similar situation. I've never been as depressed as I was for 2 years. One year later, this is still my go-to comfort video when I need to decompress and bask in the warmth of the autumn sounds, the fire, the plaintive howl of the wind and the steady patter of rain. I just curl up with my little dog and relax in the deep comfort of your cozy cabin. Autumn is my favorite season. The mention of Applewood led me to try Applewood smoked bacon. Yum! It’s never a bad thing to fall asleep, I have several times. I think if you become relaxed enough (and you need to sleep, your body and mind know it and you just do) it is relaxing and healing in its own way. :)

have been desperate for sleep last few weeks and having started a new job, it was essential to sleep. i use a lot of meditation, but couldn't find anything on here that worked. I wish I could rate this story, and rave about the content of it as your write up sounds good.
