Hey Honest Guys, I’ve been a listener since 2020 when I heard your sleep meditation, “It’ll be OK,” which helped me through a scary time. ❤ And as someone who wakes often in the night, I can simply press play and your stories quiet my mind to fall back to sleep. And the breathing exercises you’ve taught have also been helpful in times when I’m stressed. I’ve really loved being able to come to your channel for peaceful sleep stories, encouragement and meditations. Last month my brother died unexpectedly, and it’s been a real struggle. Though I know I have a ways to go, this video has been a helpful tool at this time where sleep is harder, so I wanted to let you know that this really means a lot to me. Thank you. P.S. I don’t know if this feasible, but if you were ever to do a video on grief, I would probably listen to it everyday. Then again, maybe focusing on grief would just make me cry. I’m still new at it, and learning more every day.

We’re so glad to have been helpful to you these last few years, Nova, and we are so very sorry that you have lost your brother. We know all words are trite but we’ve experienced loss and are so sorry. We decided ages ago not to do any meditation or relaxations focussing on one particular thing as it can indeed be counterproductive when you’re told to focus on the thing that is troubling you. Also, people have many different beliefs and there is no way we can be inclusive. I’m story about that.

I’m afraid that is just KZbin and we can’t do anything about it. You could try turning off Autoplay on your settings as that used to ensure that whatever video was playing just stopped

@@TheHonestGuys I dunno, several other creators have managed to disable the commercials at the end. Notably Jason Stephenson. I think Get Sleepy doesn't play them at the end either. I have no idea how they did it. I know that when YT introduced midroll ads Jason went and disabled them again on hundreds of videos. KZbin is really messing up here, they don't seem to understand their customers. Really a shame, your content is absolutely excellent and it's a shame that it gets marred by commercials at the end. 💖

if you have an iphone, you can use a timer and set it to “stop playing” instead of playing an alarm at the end of the time. i usually do it for 5-10 mins before the end of whatever video i’m falling asleep to
