As far as I know, agents aren't allowed to get the visas done anymore. You'd definitely have to follow whatever I've posted and most probably get a health check up. I'd suggest you to confirm about the health check up with your uni

hi , i have a question regarding 6.1.G City of departure and i can't get the answer . I'm staying in Guangzhou and I'll be leaving China from Guangzhou,but i make a transfer in Shanghai airport to finally fly to my final destination abroad. So i don't know if i need to put Guangzhou as a city of departure,or do the authorities consider I'm leaving China from Shanghai and in that case i should put Shanghai as a city of departure. I'd suggest you to verify this with the consulate. Since the address in your passport is in delhi, your center should be in delhi. But again don't go with my words , please cross check it with the consulate

Yes, but they will have to carry your adhaar card and another original document of yours and produce it. They will also have to carry adhaar as well, I'd suggest you to mail the centre and ask them the same in case more docs are required

I had initially put 12 months, 365 days. But I was rectified at the centre and he made me change it to 3 months, 000 days. Once you get back , you will have to apply for resident permit within 30 days of entry. It states the same in the visa page.
