The writers had Josh react a little over the top, which is natural but he was downright mean. They should of had Josh kiss her then yell at her for returning. Although, they shouldn't have had Reva hide for so long because she would of run to Josh and her children pretty much right away or met with Josh first, then the kids.

@@captaincoral1745 Agree! Josh's reaction is too angry. I think the idea was maybe to keep Josh & Reva apart as long as possible - but still it's hard to see him be so mean to the love of his life.

@@Tennbelle9 I would say so because they have such great chemistry from the first moment they met in Goshen when he tells her he's from Springfield and that causes her to have her memory of downing in the car after she drove it off the bridge. Buzz was the best choice for Reva to help her reintegrate back into Springfield and Buzz is the male version of Reva who doesn't take life so seriously all the time.

@@Tennbelle9 I didn't start watching GL until June 1997 when I saw Annie fall apart on the witness stand. I don't know if CBS has the Soap Classics episodes around the holiday. It was like 2005-07ish time frame but they aired the episode where Buzz meets (Rebecca/Reva) and it was Buzz mentioning Springfield her first memory (drowning the car) of Reva.

Annie was made out to be a villain by the time her character filmed her last scenes on this show but I think folks wouldn't view her as such a villain if they put themselves in her shoes from these scenes forward. Annie loved Josh and she had good intentions but her world was shattered on her wedding night and the woman who came back from the dead and pulled the rug out from under her literally stalked and harassed the family until she took back what she ran away from.
