Guild D-25 Bridge Repair + Re-glue/New Nut/New Saddle

The saddle is way too tall causing the bridge to lift, crack and buckle the finish on the front edge of the bridge. The nut needs replacement as well. I explain the process I use to remove the bridge and re-glue it safely, touch up the finish, make a new saddle and nut. I also repair a crack developing on the side hip.

Nice Job. What size drill bit did you use for the bridge pins?

3/16 then fine tuned them with a peg hole reamer.

Thanks. I glued up a bridge like this one (but worse-Old Silvertone) so the holes are distorted. I have a poor selection of mismatched bridge pins I want to use, and assume the fit should be just snug. I think they are what cracked the bridge in the first place.
