I find it so funny when the chickens talk they are well spoken but when the dog speaks he sounds like you might expect a talking dog to sound

Either it wastes your action to make an enemy waste its action, or you can drop enemies into pits. 14:35: And he'd know. I was intrigued by this game pretty quickly, but the moment you gained the ability to speak with animals, I became INVESTED. I must befriend Boots!

This looks really neat! I like a lot about it, especially the character portraits they're adorable. My one weird thing is, at least for me maybe because I'm less familiar with this type of games, but in the character creation when choosing class and abilities and all the combat related stuff felt out of context. Like I didn't know what combat was going to be like and was needing to choose things about it. Which, granted I'm glad for the rest of the video for that but if I was playing this myself I might have been confused

Yeah. I didn't see if there were preset builds you could choose from with flavorful descriptions, but something like that helps create an entry point for newer players, so they're a good idea.

just played through the demo and gracious goodness it's so good, a solid few hours of highly engaging content with significant replay value and a clear look at the game's potential, honestly super stoked for the full release

Wishlist Wednesday strikes again, just a day late! I loved Divinity Original Sin 1 & 2 (I much preferred the AP/cooldown system to BG3's DnD system, and this seems to use that same system). I never buy early access games, but I'll add this to the list. I look forward to it being completed.

3 minutes in, picking the rogue's cloak and trying to find an appropriate weapon. Ooh dual steel daggers, this seems nice and rogue-y. Did you mean to say it seems... rogue-like?
