snowcrows.com/builds/raids/necromancer/condition-scourge Healing skill [Left-shift] / Elite skill [additional mouse button] / Dodge [Space] / Jump [R] Always maintain [F1] at least 1stack. Don't cancle Scepter 1 last skill. Scourge is don't have a rotation of strict rules. Just do cast Elite skill, All weapon skills, [F2] and [Blood is Power+F5] if you can hit to enemy.
