I've recently started the game and see Tybalt's name everywhere! Alright, alright, I love the Durmand Priory and Sieran but I'll choose the Order of Whispers on my mesmer just to meet that kitty.

The human nations lay in ruins because of the charr invasions and Zhaitan has split the remaining human lands apart. The charr are still in the middle of civil war. The norn were driven from their homelands and lost some of their Spirits. The asura were also driven from their home underground. The sylvari are just teenagers, all of them. .....Shouldn't we fear the night?

Some of them are race specific cutscenes, some are order specific and some are from the personal storyline :) along with the ones from GW2 trailers...to get the end ones from the personal storyline, you do need to complete Arah Story mode, so that's probably why you haven't seen some of them :D

I think it might be from the Sylvarian intro cutscene, if you chose a "Green Knight" as your dream, or something like that. You pick this at the questions from 6/7 onward, when you create your Sylvari.

That guy was the green champion from the sylvari story. He wears magic armor that grants him infinite life. To kill him you have to get him to remove his helmet, which is shown in the cutscene.
