Tsuki Yomi Ah thanks ;) I'm just new in this game and my first char is a mesmer because of your videos :) Looked many videos before i decided to start with any classes. What sometimes happens when i use a skill that i canceled it - perhaps 'cause of the movement or another skill. Then the executing skill is on 4s cooldown :/
